What areas do you cover?

We cover most of South Yorkshire. We cover Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Worksop and Doncaster.

Do you only come to party venues?

No we can do a full party package or mascot appearances at your home or any venue. 

Can you do outdoor parties?

Yes we can, however if it was to rain we would need to go indoors. We would need access to an electrical point. Please bear in mind the disco lights won’t show very well outside. 

What do I need to supply for you for the party?

We bring along all the things we need for the party games and party. We just need a table, electrical point and somewhere to get changed. 

How will we know it’s you when you arrive?

All our staff wear our company uniform. You can’t miss them in their electric orange T-shirts. We are the orange team. 

Can you do just mascot appearances?

Yes we can. If you have a look on our mascot page you can see all we have to offer. 

How long can a mascot be out at an appearance or party?

Full headed mascots or face covered mascots can stay out for a maximum of 30 minutes due to health and safety with staff having their breathing restricted. 

Can a princess host the entire party?

Yes of course she can. Her breathing isn’t restricted in anyway so can be a princess for the duration of the party. 

How much is the deposit?

Party packages are £25 deposit and mascots are £15. Deposits are non refundable nor transferable. These don’t need to be paid upon booking but within 7 days of booking. 

How do we pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance can be paid on the day upon arrival in cash or you can pay via BACS ideally the week running up to the party date as staff don’t have access to online banking on the day.

Can I add any extras?

Yes you can. You can add glitter tattoos, glitter faces and balloon swords all at discounted price within a package. Face painting and balloon modelling can also be added onto any package.

Do you do catering?

Yes we can supply a children’s buffet for £2.95 a head. Want something a little different? We can also supply Candy Floss, Popcorn and Candy floss 

 

How long do you need to set up for a party package?

We need around 15/20 minutes to set up and we pack up as we go along so we can be packed up after the party within 10 minutes

 

Will I need to provide music?

No. We provide everything we need for both party packages and mascots.

 

Do you come at a time to suit me?

Yes we will try where ever possible to come at your desired time. However with other bookings we may have to come at a time to suit us and other bookings. We will always work with you to get the best outcome for us both.

 

How much space do I need?

We can adapt to most spaces. If you worried give us a call.

 

Will you keep the children fully entertained?

Absolutely we will. Its our job to provide the entertainment so that is what we will do the whole time

 

Can we hire two rooms one for adults one for children?

Unfortunately not. We require adult supervision at all times.

 

Do I need to find someone to wear the mascot costume?

No not at all. We only hire our mascots out with our trained staff.

 

Do I need to find a venue?

Yes you do. We can help recommend venues if you like.
