The Encanto bash is the hottest ticket in town right now! Just like Frozen, it’s everywhere – from our screens to our playlists!

Packed with catchy tunes that kids can’t resist belting out, how can you not fall head over heels for Encanto? We may not chat about Bruno, but his tunes are definitely on our playlist. From themed games to a party led by Mirabel herself, your little ones will be talking about this epic bash for ages!

We’ll keep the kiddos entertained for the full two hours, leaving parents free to kick back, mingle, and join in on the fun!

Party Schedule:

  • Parties last for two hours, with our team arriving approximately 20 to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up.
  • We prepare for the party’s commencement.
  • We consult you about when to initiate games while keeping the music playing and engaging with the children until you signal the start.
  • The first hour is dedicated to playing games, including themed and adult-versus-children games.
  • Midway through, we lead a follow-the-leader activity to the food table, where we assist with food, drinks, and cleanup. In some cases, we may adjust the dinner timing for hungry children.
  • If time allows, we play an additional game before the final 30-minute routine.
  • The mascot (if applicable) makes an appearance.
  • A birthday ceremony follows.
  • Action songs and dancing.
  • A group photo session.
  • Individual photoshoots.

If you opt for glitter tattoos and faces, they run concurrently with the party for the entire two hours. Balloon swords are crafted during dinner and distributed at the end.
